Tuna and Cucumber Sliders makes a unique dish that works great as an entrée for a simple dinner at home, or it's also perfect as an appetizer to share at your next dinner party!
  • 16 oz packaged tuna
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • ½ small red onion, diced
  • 2 T paleo mayo
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • ½ c sliced dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Wash and slice cumber into ¼-1/2 inch slices.
  2. In a large bowl, mix tuna, celery, onion, mayo, salt and pepper.
  3. You can chill for 1 hour.
  4. Scoop a 2 T onto cucumber.
  5. Slice a Roma tomato thin and layer on tuna and pickles.
  6. Repeat.
