Tuna and Cucumber Sliders

- 16 oz packaged tuna
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 2 T paleo mayo
- 1 Roma tomato
- ½ c sliced dill pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash and slice cumber into ¼-1/2 inch slices.
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, celery, onion, mayo, salt and pepper.
- You can chill for 1 hour.
- Scoop a 2 T onto cucumber.
- Slice a Roma tomato thin and layer on tuna and pickles.
- Repeat.
