Pan Fried Fish Sticks

Sure to be in your kids top 5 if it's not already.
- 1 lbs. Cod Fillets
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Crushed Almonds
- ¼ c Olive Oil
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
- Cut fish into medium size chunks.
- In a deep plate, mix crushed almonds with salt and pepper.
- In another plate, beat an egg. Dip fish in the egg and then in the almond crust to cover.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry on each side till golden brown and crispy.
