Raspberry Balsamic Salmon is an easy quick meal that is both fresh and delicious.
  • 1 large piece of salmon
  • ¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. Leave salmon piece whole.
  2. Brush both sides with raspberry vinaigrette, olive oil. Squeeze juice on salmon. Dust with sea salt.
  3. For grill use a grilling rack. Or indoor grill with parchment paper
  4. Or Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until desired texture reached.
