Pan Fried Fish Sticks

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs. Cod Fillets
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Crushed Almonds
  • ¼ c Olive Oil
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut fish into medium size chunks.
  2. In a deep plate, mix crushed almonds with salt and pepper.
  3. In another plate, beat an egg. Dip fish in the egg and then in the almond crust to cover.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry on each side till golden brown and crispy.
