Dill Caper Halibut

This broiled halibut recipe is perfectly seasoned and cooked to buttery perfection!
Ingredients
  • 4 (6 oz) halibut fillets
  • 1 T pasture butter
  • 1 T capers
  • ½ T extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ t white pepper
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 T white cooking wine, optional
  • ½ T minced dill
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients besides fish.
  3. Place fish in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon whisked mixture over each fillet.
  5. Broil 10 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.
