Dill Caper Halibut

- 4 (6 oz) halibut fillets
- 1 T pasture butter
- 1 T capers
- ½ T extra virgin olive oil
- ½ t white pepper
- sea salt to taste
- 1 T white cooking wine, optional
- ½ T minced dill
- Preheat broiler.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients besides fish.
- Place fish in a baking dish.
- Spoon whisked mixture over each fillet.
- Broil 10 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.
