Grain Free Bun

Ingredients
- 1½ c Almond Flour
- 2 Separated Egg Yolks, keep the whites
- ½ t Baking Soda
- ¼ t Salt
- 1 T Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In large mixing bowl add all ingredients, minus egg whites and mix together
- Beat egg whites until fluffy which will help the rising process
- Fold beaten egg whites in with the other ingredients
- Add water or flour until the mix is equal to a muffin batter consistency
- Make bun sized forms out of foil and butter them
- Fill forms with mix and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
- Slowly peel away foil and enjoy
