Grain Free Bun

Ingredients
  • 1½ c Almond Flour
  • 2 Separated Egg Yolks, keep the whites
  • ½ t Baking Soda
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 1 T Honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In large mixing bowl add all ingredients, minus egg whites and mix together
  3. Beat egg whites until fluffy which will help the rising process
  4. Fold beaten egg whites in with the other ingredients
  5. Add water or flour until the mix is equal to a muffin batter consistency
  6. Make bun sized forms out of foil and butter them
  7. Fill forms with mix and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Slowly peel away foil and enjoy
