Balsamic Mustard Chicken

This chicken dish has the perfect flavor combination of Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar, and cooking it in its own marinade creates the most perfect juicy texture!
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 T raw, local honey
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F,
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with mixture. (Or if time allows, place chicken in a gallon ziplock with mixture and marinate for 1 hour before placing in a baking dish with marinade poured over it.)
- Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165F.
