Balsamic Mustard Chicken

This chicken dish has the perfect flavor combination of Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar, and cooking it in its own marinade creates the most perfect juicy texture!
  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 T raw, local honey
  • 3 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350F,
  2. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with mixture. (Or if time allows, place chicken in a gallon ziplock with mixture and marinate for 1 hour before placing in a baking dish with marinade poured over it.)
  4. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165F.
