This chicken dish has the perfect flavor combination of Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar, and cooking it in its own marinade creates the most perfect juicy texture!
Ingredients
4 chicken breast
2 T raw, local honey
3 T Dijon mustard
2 T balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F,
Mix honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with mixture. (Or if time allows, place chicken in a gallon ziplock with mixture and marinate for 1 hour before placing in a baking dish with marinade poured over it.)
Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165F.
