Asian Style Halibut

This Asian inspired fish dish goes great with toasted cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) halibut fillets, rinsed
- 3 Tablespoons ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup wheat-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 3 Tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender reserving half the scallions and pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Grill for 5 minutes, per side. Garnish with scallions
