Asian Style Halibut

This Asian inspired fish dish goes great with toasted cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
  • 4 (6 ounce) halibut fillets, rinsed
  • 3 Tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
  • ΒΌ cup wheat-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 3 Tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender reserving half the scallions and pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Grill for 5 minutes, per side. Garnish with scallions
