Simple Salmon Foil

This simple salmon dish makes for a tasty, healthy dinner without all the fuss!
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 small red onion, sliced to rings
- 1 lemon, sliced to Rings
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pieces of foil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Lay foil flat.
- Place 4 oz of washed asparagus on each piece of foil.
- Place salmon fillets on asparagus.
- Top salmon with onion and lemon rings.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Open foil and serve.
