Roasted Acorn Squash

This simple acorn squash dish is super yummy and makes for a great side during the cool Autumn months!
- 1 acorn squash
- 6 T GrassFed butter
- Sea salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut squash in half and remove inside core seeds.
- Place 3 T butter in each half.
- Cover with foil and place in oven for 1 hr- 1 hr 15minutes.
