This simple acorn squash dish is super yummy and makes for a great side during the cool Autumn months!
Ingredients
1 acorn squash
6 T GrassFed butter
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cut squash in half and remove inside core seeds.
Place 3 T butter in each half.
Cover with foil and place in oven for 1 hr- 1 hr 15minutes.
