Roasted Acorn Squash

This simple acorn squash dish is super yummy and makes for a great side during the cool Autumn months!
Ingredients
  • 1 acorn squash
  • 6 T GrassFed butter
  • Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut squash in half and remove inside core seeds.
  3. Place 3 T butter in each half.
  4. Cover with foil and place in oven for 1 hr- 1 hr 15minutes.
