Pineapple Bacon Burgers

The pineapple, barbecue sauce, and bacon in this recipe make for super moist and delicious burgers!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs grass fed ground beef
- ½ c Dr. Brown approved BBQ sauce or homemade
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 organic pineapple cut into rings and cored
- 1 pkg uncured turkey bacon
- 1 t pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large mixing bowl mix beef, bbq sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and form patties about the size of your palm
- Place pineapple ring on top of patties and then cross 2 pieces of bacon across top of pineapple and place underneath burger.
- Place in oven for 25-30 minutes or on hot grill that has been brushed with oil until cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
