French Onion Meat Balls

French Onion Meat balls make for a great snack or Main course with french onion soup. Perfect for an easy dinner and a great fall feast.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs Grass Fed Beef
- 2 Medium Yellow Onion
- 2 T Fresh Minced Parsley
- ½ c Diced Button Mushrooms
- 2 T Worcestershire
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 6 oz Thin Sliced Manchego Cheese
Instructions
- Mix Ground beef, parsley, diced mushrooms, worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
- Slice onion in half and stuff meat mixture into half shell.
- Place in preheated oven on 350 for 35 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil on high and place sliced manchego cheese atop and melt
- Remove and serve with french onion soup or as an appetizer.
