Lemon Chicken Dijon

A classic chicken dish perfect for classy dinner nights.
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Mix mustard, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Place chicken in a glass baking dish, brush with mustard mixture.
- Season with sea salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
