Lemon Chicken Dijon

A classic chicken dish perfect for classy dinner nights.
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix mustard, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
  2. Place chicken in a glass baking dish, brush with mustard mixture.
  3. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
