Halibut Fillets in a Zesty Lemon Sauce

This dish is so simple yet absolutely delicious. Lemon juice + Butter + Halibut = A Perfect Weeknight Meal.
  • 4 large halibut fillets
  • ½ c pasture butter, melted
  • ¼ c fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T parsley
  • ½ t paprika
  1. In a medium bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, parsley, and paprika.
  2. Dip the halibut fillets in the paprika mixture.
  3. Place on a broil pan and broil until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork (about 10 mins.)
  4. Serve immediately.
