This Grilled Lemon Butter Fish is simple yet tasty, so it is sure to become a summer favorite!
Ingredients
  • 4 (6oz) fillets of white fish (I used Black Cod)
  • ½ cup sherry
  • 1 lemon (need the juice of half, about 1 T)
  • 3 T melted pasture butter
  • 4 T minced parsley
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Prep your grill or Indoor grill. (I use a George Forman grill with parchment paper for easy clean up)
  2. Take Fish and lay out.
  3. Mix melted butter, sherry, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat fish with half the mixture and place on grill.
  5. With a Forman grill both sides will cook, on an outdoor grill you will have to flip.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, Fish will flake easy.
  7. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over fish and serve.
