Grilled Chicken Breast Paillard

This simple grilled chicken dish combines mustard and lemon for a delicious entree perfect for summer!
  • 4-6 chicken cutlets
  • 2 T stone ground mustard
  • ⅓ c olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon
  1. In a ziplock bag add cutlets and all above ingredients. Let marinate 2-4 hours.
  2. Preheat and prepare grill.
  3. Place on grill and turn every couple minutes.
  4. Once internal temp reaches 165F remove from grill.
