Grilled Chicken Breast Paillard

This simple grilled chicken dish combines mustard and lemon for a delicious entree perfect for summer!
- 4-6 chicken cutlets
- 2 T stone ground mustard
- ⅓ c olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- In a ziplock bag add cutlets and all above ingredients. Let marinate 2-4 hours.
- Preheat and prepare grill.
- Place on grill and turn every couple minutes.
- Once internal temp reaches 165F remove from grill.
