Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos

These delicious paleo shredded chicken tacos are super yummy and super easy!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups Dr. Brown approved jarred salsa
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T chili powder
- ½ T paprika
- 1 T dried cilantro
- 1 t sea salt
- Paleo tortillas, store-bought or homemade
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1-2 avocados sliced
- 2 diced Roma tomatoes
- ½ cup shredded lettuce (optional)
- ¼ cup dr brown approved cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken In crockpot.
- In a bowl mix salsa, tomato paste, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, dried cilantro and salt.
- Pour over chicken and cook on high 4 hours or low for 8.
- Shred chicken and place on Dr. brown approved tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and avocado or your favorite toppings.
