Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos

These delicious paleo shredded chicken tacos are super yummy and super easy!
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups Dr. Brown approved jarred salsa
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 T chili powder
  • ½ T paprika
  • 1 T dried cilantro
  • 1 t sea salt
  • Paleo tortillas, store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 avocados sliced
  • 2 diced Roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce (optional)
  • ¼ cup dr brown approved cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place chicken In crockpot.
  2. In a bowl mix salsa, tomato paste, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, dried cilantro and salt.
  3. Pour over chicken and cook on high 4 hours or low for 8.
  4. Shred chicken and place on Dr. brown approved tortilla.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and avocado or your favorite toppings.
