These protein packed simple turkey bacon chips are the perfect alternative to traditional potato or tortilla chips without all the grains!
Ingredients
- 1 package turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cut turkey bacon into 1½ inch pieces.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking dish.
- Place in preheated oven and cook until crisp but not burnt (~ 20 minutes). (Check chips around 15 minutes in. Remove from oven once they are browned and still slightly pliable. They will continue to cook and crisp up for a minute or two once removed from the oven. Burning can take place quickly so watch carefully.)
