Top Sirloin Steak with Fresh Tarragon

This is a fresh and flavorful steak recipe using tarragon and worcestershire.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb top sirloin steak
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T fresh minced tarragon leaves
  • ½ t minced garlic
  • ¼ t wheat-free Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine marinade ingredients.
  2. Pierce steak with the tip of a sharp knife 15 times on each side.
  3. Marinate steak in the refrigerator for 4 hours or longer, turning several times.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Place steak on broiler pan and set on oven rack 6 in from broiler.
  6. Broil 5 minutes on each side, remove steak from oven, and let rest 5 minutes.
  7. Slice thinly and serve.
