Top Sirloin Steak with Fresh Tarragon

This is a fresh and flavorful steak recipe using tarragon and worcestershire.
Ingredients
- 1 lb top sirloin steak
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T fresh minced tarragon leaves
- ½ t minced garlic
- ¼ t wheat-free Worcestershire sauce
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Pierce steak with the tip of a sharp knife 15 times on each side.
- Marinate steak in the refrigerator for 4 hours or longer, turning several times.
- Preheat broiler.
- Place steak on broiler pan and set on oven rack 6 in from broiler.
- Broil 5 minutes on each side, remove steak from oven, and let rest 5 minutes.
- Slice thinly and serve.
