Simple Cucumber Salad

Just because this cucumber salad is simple, doesn't mean it isn't bursting with flavor! This is a family favorite in my house!
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 small red onion
  • ¼ c - ½ c red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 t sea salt
  • ¼ t garlic powder
  • ¼ t paprika
  • ¼ t black pepper
  1. Slice cucumbers and onions to size and shape of choice, and mix together in a medium serving bowl.
  2. Pour vinegar overtop veggies to desired level and use a spoon to evenly coat.
  3. Season with sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
