So thankful that guacamole is naturally apart of the paleo diet. And rest assured this is an easy yet very tasty guacamole recipe!
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- ½ Small Red Onion, Diced
- Salt to Taste
- Juice of ½ a Lime
- 1 Small Tomato, Diced
- Place Avocado and lime juice in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Place in bowl and fold in diced tomato, onion and salt.
- Serve immediately
- If you have left overs place the remaining half of the red onion in the middle of the bowl and cover tightly. This will help keep it from going brown and keep fresh longer.
