Pecan Crusted Trout

This pecan crusted trout is full of flavor and breaded with the perfect crunchy bread-less crust!
  • 4 (6 oz) trout fillets or fish of choice
  • 1 c ground pecans
  • ¼ c hazelnut meal
  • ¼ c minced parsley
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix pecans, hazelnut meal, and minced parsley.
  3. Place trout on a baking dish.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste,
  5. Brush with olive oil.
  6. Coat fish with nut mixture.
  7. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
