Paleo Pizza Crust

This paleo pizza crust is very versatile and delicious. It would make a good flat bread as well!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- ⅓ cup arrowroot flour
- ⅓ cup coconut four
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place all ingredients except for egg into a mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer, mix ingredients together well.
- Add egg, and beat it into the dough.
- Remove dough and roll into golf ball sized balls.
- Place balls on foil lined pizza pan.
- Spread dough to desired thickness using fingers (about 3 -4 in in diameter).
- Place in Pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Cook, Cool and enjoy!
Notes
For thinner "crust" Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to desired thinness.
