Crispy Chicken Legs

A tasty replacement for fried chicken.
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. Chicken Legs
- 2 T Paprika
- 1 T Cayenne
- 1 T Parsley Flakes
- 1½ t Salt
- 1½ t Black Pepper
- 3 T Butter
- 2 T Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients in a large zip lock bag and add a few pieces of chicken. Shake and coat chicken well and set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken to skillet, watch close and turn every few minutes until outside is cooked crispy.
- Place in baking dish and place in preheated oven on 350 for 20 minutes.
