Crispy Chicken Legs

A tasty replacement for fried chicken.
Ingredients
  • 2-3 lbs. Chicken Legs
  • 2 T Paprika
  • 1 T Cayenne
  • 1 T Parsley Flakes
  • 1½ t Salt
  • 1½ t Black Pepper
  • 3 T Butter
  • 2 T Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all above ingredients in a large zip lock bag and add a few pieces of chicken. Shake and coat chicken well and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken to skillet, watch close and turn every few minutes until outside is cooked crispy.
  3. Place in baking dish and place in preheated oven on 350 for 20 minutes.
