Lemon and Dill Salmon Fillets

This tasty dish is so simple yet so incredibly flavorful. It is a great way to get even the pickiest eaters to eat fish!
Ingredients
  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 3 T fresh lemon juice
  • 3 T fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 T clarified pasture butter
  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • pinch of ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine lemon juice, dill, butter, mustard, and pepper.
  4. Spread sauce mixture on each fillet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
