Lemon and Dill Salmon Fillets

- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 3 T fresh dill, chopped
- 2 T clarified pasture butter
- 2 t Dijon mustard
- pinch of ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Combine lemon juice, dill, butter, mustard, and pepper.
- Spread sauce mixture on each fillet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
