Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops

These flavorful Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops are tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb chops (1-1½ inch thick)
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary (1 T of it chopped)
- 5 whole cloves garlic
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ c sherry
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Season and rub chops with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary.
- In Dutch oven add olive oil and heat on high.
- Add garlic and 2 sprigs rosemary.
- Cook 1-2 minutes and add chops.
- Sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Add wine and cover.
- Cook 7-10 minutes depending on preferred doneness.
