Crockpot Beef Stew

This flavorful stew is so simple. It is perfect to make for those days where you don't have time for elaborate prep!
Ingredients
- 1 lb stew meat or steak cut into cubes
- 3 carrots, sliced
- ½ bell pepper, chopped or equal amounts of green chile
- ½ onion, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 t garlic, minced
- ⅓ c wheat-free Worcesterchire sauce
- 2 T coconut aminos
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the meat, and sauté until almost completely cooked.
- Combine all ingredients into a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
I love crock pot recipes, and this one is really good, plus it’s easy and healthy! It’s a favorite in the winter for us!
