Summertime is finally here, and I can’t wait to spend some time swimming, laying out by the pool, and enjoying outdoor cook outs! After just moving into our new house just six months ago, our backyard is unfortunately still nothing more than just a little square of grass with a trampoline on it. An outdoor grill and some patio furniture is definitely next on the wish list. For now, we are busting out our cast iron grill pan a whole lot! It worked great with this particular recipe. These steak, beef sausage, and onion kabobs are simple but super flavorful and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs steak, cubed
- 4 uncured kielbasa beef sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large white onion
- 1 T olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat grill.
Step 2: Cube and slice beef and kielbasa.
Step 3: Remove ends from onions and cut into half and then into bite size pieces.
Step 4: Take metal or soaked wooden skewers and rotate beef, kielbasa and onions.
Step 5: Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on grill.
Step 6: Grill until desired wellness is reached.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
