Featured Recipe: Paleo Steak and Beef Kielbasa Skewers

- 1½ lbs steak, cubed
- 4 uncured kielbasa beef sausage, sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large white onion
- 1 T olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat grill.
- Cube and slice beef and kielbasa.
- Remove ends from onions and cut into half and then into bite size pieces.
- Take metal or soaked wooden skewers and rotate beef, kielbasa and onions.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on grill.
- Grill until desired wellness is reached.
