Crockpot Roast and Onions

This simple crockpot roast turns out tender, juicy, and full of flavor. No one will ever believe it is such an easy recipe with such few ingredients!
- 1 3 lb beef chuck roast
- 32 oz beef stock
- 2 onions cut into ⅛ths
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Rub roast on all side with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place roast in crock pot and place onions around outside of roast.
- Pour in broth and cook on high for 8 hrs.
- Remove and serve.
