Jamaican Jerk Chicken

A chicken dish sure to add some spice to your life!
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tablespoons Tabasco or other hot pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons prepared jerk seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Allspice
Instructions
  1. Put hot pepper sauce in a re-sealable plastic bowl.
  2. Add one chicken breast at a time, turning to coat.
  3. Place chicken in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine jerk seasoning, cinnamon, and Allspice. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in oven at 400°F, basting twice with pan juices, 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
