This tasty smoothie is packed with nutritious leafy greens and combined with raw honey and banana.
- 1 Banana, preferably Frozen, Sliced
- 1 Cup Chopped Kale
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Teaspoon raw honey
- ½ Cup Coconut Milk
- Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
This recipe includes bananas which should be eaten in smaller quantities, avoided later in the day and altogether if you are on the Advanced Plan.
