Chicken Pesto Bake

This flavorful Italian chicken recipe uses simple ingredients to make a delicious dish that is anything but ordinary!
- 4 organic, free-range chicken breasts
- 1½ c grated Manchego cheese
- ⅔ c Dr. Brown approved pesto
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Lay chicken breasts flat in baking dish.
- Coat top of chicken with pesto.
- Layer sliced tomatoes.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes.
