Paleo Chocolate Mousse

This is a delicious and nutritious chocolate treat that everyone can enjoy from time to time!
- ¼ c Medjool Dates, soaked
- ¼ c raw honey
- 1 t Vanilla Extract, optional
- 3 Avocados, mashed
- ¾ c Organic Cocoa
- ½ c Water
- Place the dates, honey and vanilla extract in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Add the mashed avocado and cocoa powder and process until creamy.
- Add the water and process until smooth.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled, store refrigerated or frozen.
