Basil Pesto Halibut

This halibut dish with homemade pesto is tasty and sure to impress the family.
- 4 Halibut Fillets
- 2 hands full of fresh Basil leaves
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. Pine nuts
- 1 Hand full fresh Parsley
- Place appropriate amounts of basil, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, parsley in a food processor and make a paste.
- Spread the paste on halibut fillets and bake at 350°F until cooked thoroughly.
