This delicious Chicken Sauté uses simple, healthy ingredients that when combined pack a punch! Celia has had to get even more creative in her spare time now that she has joined me on a Whole30. Desperate times call for desperate measures, which in this case resulted in a quick, tasty stir-fry dish that we can all enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bundle asparagus, sliced
- 4 c spinach
- 1 lemon
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T all-purpose seasoning
- ¼ c chicken broth
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Chop asparagus into 1 inch pieces and slice chicken.
In a large skillet heat olive over med-high heat. Add chicken, all-purpose seasoning, garlic and cook until brown and cooked through.
Add asparagus and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken broth, spinach, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper.
Remove from heat once spinach wilts, and serve.
