Celia’s Journey: The Plan

I hope you all enjoyed getting to meet my dear friend, Celia, in our last post. It has been fun seeing her get so much support from her friends and family for her to start back on this journey. Today we are going to lay out the plan with her before pics and current measurements and her personal goals, and ending with the specifics on what she plans to do to get there! Check it out.

Waist: 42 inches
Hips: 48 inches
Bust: 45 1/2 inches
Thighs:
L:  29 1/2 inches
R: 29 inches
Calves:
L: 16 inches
R: 16 inches
Biceps:
L: 16 3/4 inches
R: 16 1/2 inches
Behind: 48 3/4 inches

Goals:

1. To lose 40 lbs by July 1st
2. To fit into the bridesmaid dress for the wedding
4. To work out consistently (Aerobic Exercise at least 3 x a week; Anaerobic Exercise at least 2 x a week)
