Hi everyone! Those who know me well are aware of my intense love for word games and understand why the above photo is the perfect way to express how I am feeling right now! I know I’ve been a little MIA as of late, but don’t worry I have been working really hard behind the scenes toward my goal of turning this little blog into an “all-things-holistic” educational AND meal planning service website featuring Dr. Brown and his many years of experience and wisdom in the field! We are probably a month from it’s official launch and I am SO excited about it! Things you can look forward to are listed below:
