Turkey Bacon and Pea Salad

- 1 package of turkey bacon
- 2 pound peas
- ¾ cup coarsely grated lamb chopper cheese
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup paleo mayo or homemade mayo
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Cook bacon and crumble
- Stir together all ingredients and serve - preferably mix and cover in refrigerator to allow flavors to meld for an hour
