Spaghetti squash is an excellent substitute for pasta in traditional Italian dishes because of it's sweet flavor and unique "spaghetti-like" texture!
Ingredients
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and lay flesh side down onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes, and then spoon out the seeds.
  5. Using a fork, remove the spaghetti-like flesh and place in a serving dish.
  6. Top with a sauce of your choice.
