Shallot Green Beans

This is a delicious recipe where green beans are seasoned with shallots and white wine.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
- 1 T Pasture Butter
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1 Large Shallot Chopped (1/2 CUP)
- Sea salt and Pepper to Taste
- ¼ c White Wine
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add shallot, sea salt, pepper, and green beans.
- Allow to cook and brown slightly.
- Add wine and cook until wine is reduced and beans are al dente.
